To deliver great service, we have to make sure that we’re communicating well with all other departments and business partners. We have a lot of systems in place so that new staff hit the ground running and learn fast. When you arrive early May, it’ll be just two weeks, then we’re FULL for most of the season! Sounds crazy? It is a little, but that’s part of the reason it’s so fun and rewarding.
